We also take a look at the map overlay of San Pedro and Secret Beach so you can see exactly where the properties are located and how far they are from the waterfront.
When buying land at Secret Beach you want to be aware of certain things. One of those things is the exact location of the lots. Even just a few hundred yards in one direction or another can change the terrain of your property. Within a small area, the land can go from surface-level bedrock and “high-and-dry” to quickly becoming low-lying and in need of a lot of backfill. Either way, it’s always best to know exactly where the land is located and whether or not it has actual road access. Make sure you get this information up front if you are considering buying Secret Beach land.

Hello everyone. So we made a video the other day showing you some land that we were clearing out at Secret Beach. And someone said to me, oh, that was, that was a nice video, but where was the land? And I realized we didn’t really bring you any map. So that’s what we’ll do here today. But this was just some of the footage from the other day. We were battling the, the rain and the terrain and bringing in all the back fill and, and getting the lot filled up. So here’s some footage of us bringing in the fill and um, and um, then we get it cleared out and leveled.

And this is where it is. So I’ll start to show you here. You can see some of the new homes going in there.
This is the south main road of Secret Beach. And we’ll take a look at the map here in a minute so you can see. But there’s the lot there. We got it all cleared and backfilled. And then heading down this way, we’re about a mile from the waterfront. And so there’s the lot there. If you guys have any questions about that it is available. You can reach out to the website. So anyway, let’s take a look at the map. This is the island of Hamburger’s key. And you may have seen this map before.
It is a parcel overlay. And what I’ll do is zoom in and here is San Pedro Town. And then what you would do to get to Secret Beach is head north this way, and then west on this little road. And then there you are out to secret Beach and all the, the neighborhoods that are out there.
So we’ll zoom in here and to the left is the waterfront. And then all here are the, different neighborhoods, Grand Belizean Estates, Palmaya Woods, West Caye there on the south side. And then where the pointer is there, is actually where the new Habitat development is going in. I’ll leave a link to that as well. A very interesting project that’s happening down there. So I’ve got a few, lots to show you guys today, not just that one we cleared the other day.
Um, we’ve got a few that we’re, um, we’re working with. Some of these are available for sale as well if anyone’s interested. But I really just kind of wanna show you where it is. So as you can see from the, um, the measuring stick there, it’s about a mile and a quarter. And then the other set of lots here is about a mile. And then we have a lot on the north main road as well, which I’ll show you some footage of in a minute. And that is also, um, actually I think it’s even, I think it’s only about a half mile and that’s right on the north main road.
So that’s a great spot for like a commercial property. Yeah, 0.58 miles. So for like a commercial or something like that, that’s a really great spot.
So here’s how you get in. So as you come in, that’s the one main road. And then you can go this way out to the water of Secret Beach, or as you come in, you can go this way to the South main road. So they both lead out to Secret Beach. It’s just sort of, once you’re in the area, there’s really two main East-West thoroughfares that are gonna take you along the, the neighborhoods and then out to the water as well. So let’s zoom in a little bit here and I’ll show you exactly where these lots are and the parcel numbers.
That is not the parcel number. I don’t, um, I go the wrong way here for a second. Okay. 81 28, 81 29. Um, I’ll give you the contact info for those listings. You can reach out to the agent who has those, if anyone’s interested. But these are the ones that we cleared, and made a video about the other day where we were battling the rain in the mud and all that stuff.
So there are the lots there. If you want have any questions about that, let me know. It’s right next to where all these beautiful new homes are going in and just a lot of new construction activity in the area. A little bit up the road. There are two other lots also on the south main road. One is on the south main road and then one is directly behind it, 78 46. And then the other one behind it is 78 45, I believe. Yes. And those two, um, are available very, they’re extra large lots right on the corner.
