Busy Day at Secret Beach!
We were out at Secret Beach recently scouting some new land we purchased. And the traffic was crazy! For hours on end, it was just an endless stream of golf carts, bikes, and cars. It was really great to see all the excitement that is happening around Secret Beach.
New Commercial Property
The new parcel of land we picked up is a main road lot at Secret Beach. If you are familiar with getting out to Secret Beach from San Pedro, there is only one road that goes east to west across the island of Ambergris Caye. That is the main road to Secret Beach. Therefore roadside lots tend to be more valuable due to the potential commercial exposure and foot traffic a business or office location would get.
If you were thinking of opening a business in and around Secret Beach but didn’t want the expense of being down on the waterfront; a highly affordable option would be to find a main-road lot that is close to Secret Beach. These lots tend to be priced around $70K USD and above. But it’s more affordable than the $500K minimum you’d find with prime waterfront.
