Once you are about a mile from the beaches of Secret Beach you will start to see where the development is taking place. Homes and storefronts begin to pop up as you get closer to the town of Secret Beach. You are coming into the neighborhood areas of Grand Mayan, Grand Belizean Estates, Palmaya Woods, West Caye, and more! You will see new and existing off-gird homes dotting the landscape with likely many projects currently under construction.
As you reach these outer neighborhoods of Secret Beach the main road to Secret Beach splits and goes south and the other continues West. Now you have the North Main Rd and the South Main Rd which are the two main thoroughfares for the Secret Beach area. Both the N and S. Main roads can take you anywhere you want to go in Secret Beach.
Of course, the waterfront property is the most valuable and most in-demand land at Secret Beach. However, there are plenty of opportunities for commercial leasing and development along the main roads of Secret Beach. The land is more affordable with prices starting around $60,000 on the South Main Rd and starting around $70,000 on the North Main Rd. This is depending on the lot size, and condition of the land.
