New Concrete Home Update and Commercial Lots for Sale!

Hello, everyone. Secret beach homes here. We have a new video on our YouTube channel where I’m right at the main turnoff to secret beach.

I highlighted this home one other time as it was starting to go up, but there’s been some progress. So I thought I would bring an update. And if you hang into the end of the video, I will give you some insight into the land that is directly behind me.

New Concrete Home Under Construction

So here we are at the concrete home which is being built at Secret Beach. Since we last highlighted this video we can see that they’ve added some things to it. They have built out a little deck area on both ends.

They have built out the deck using concrete piers. And so they’ll, they’ll build on top of that as the foundation and then the roof has gone in (or it’s starting to go in anyway).

You can see the decking that they’ve started to build, and you can see the roofing rafters that are going in, even though there is still a ways to go. But it’s making progress. I don’t know if it’s going to be somebody’s residential home or if they’re going to make it a commercial property just yet, but it does look like a nice solid building.

Lots of new roads being built at Secret Beach

And as I was filming the video, something caught my eye to the right of this, and it was a new road that was being cut. I didn’t notice this the last time I looked at this house. But it appears as though a brand new road is going in there and it’s just going cut through to the other neighborhoods like Colonial San Diego and Grand Belizean Estates.

There’s a large number of new roads and lots being cleared and, filled and tons of building activity going on. So it’s exciting to see Secret Beach grow.

Secret Beach Land for Sale

Now, the land next door. There’s also some information on that. We are right at the turn-off to secret beach, that concrete house is just to the right and this section of land here I believe is for sale.

I’ve done a bunch of videos now just kind of highlighting different projects, but not a lot of stuff has been for sale or indicated that it’s for sale. But I do believe that this land is for sale. It’s broken up into several lots mostly considered commercial lots. I believe they’re a little bit larger, but if anyone’s interested in the details on that, send us a message and I can connect you to the listing agent who’s handling the properties.
